So easy to get on and off
These are the easiest on and off ankle weights!! LOVE the color and feel!!
This mat is so lush and perfect for my Pilates I can’t say enough good things and the bands are excellent with good resistance and felt more expensive than they were. Finally the ankle weights are very soft to the touch and the velcro doesn’t budge …. Work out ball is beautiful and light and not heavy to maintain your control 🩵 I just can’t say enough good things I would buy again and again!

Great ankle weights! Sturdy and definitely do the job
The Velcro /material rubs on my skin and is uncomfortable . They are also hard to position in a way where they don’t move around, and are not sitting right on top of the ankle bone and foot. Additionally they seem to get in the way when doing some of the moves, specifically when on your knees. And it distracts from focusing on form and movement. I was looking forward to using them, but the hassle does not seem worth the gain. This is my honest review and wish not to sound too critical. If there is a way to eliminate these issues, I think they would prove very beneficial to use in practice.
