Material: Pop-Resistant PVC
Size: 8 inch (~20cm)
To inflate the ball: Attach the silver pin to the end of the pump and then pump the ball until it's inflated to the amount desired. *The pin does not stay in the ball after it's inflated.
To deflate the ball: Detach the silver pin from the pump by unscrewing it, then insert the silver pin into the hole on the ball and the air will automatically deflate.
1. Use Mild Soap & Water: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water.
2. Dampen a Soft Cloth: Avoid abrasive sponges or brushes that could damage the surface.
3. Wipe Gently: Clean the entire surface with the damp cloth.
4. Rinse with a Clean Cloth: Use a second cloth dampened with plain water to remove soap residue.
5. Dry Completely: Air dry or wipe with a dry towel before storing.
Avoid:
- Harsh chemicals (bleach, alcohol, ammonia) that degrade PVC.
- Submerging the ball in water, which may weaken seams.
- Placing the ball on surfaces with transferable ink or dyes (e.g., newspapers, magazines, or colored fabrics) as PVC can absorb the colors and stain.
Storing Instructions:
1. Deflate Slightly – If storing long-term, release a bit of air to reduce stress on seams.
2. Keep Away from Sharp Objects – Store in a space where it won’t get punctured.
3. Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat – PVC can degrade under UV rays or extreme heat. Store in a cool, dry place.

Great pilates ball! It is easy to inflate. I haven’t deflated it so I’m not sure how that process is. I love the color but worry it might look dirty quicker because of the light color
